A hidden gem lies in Coney Island.   The Brooklyn 9/11  Wall of Remembrance can be found on the western wall of Maimonides Park, home of the High “A” Affiliate of the New York Mets, the Brooklyn Cyclones. The first major Memorial to 9/11 built in New York City, this powerful tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11th, 2001, is comprised of  3 30’ x’12’ granite panels, holding the laser-engraved portraits of 417 first responders. PAPD K-9 Sirius is also honored  with a bronze relief on the Wall.

We're proud of Polly and she'll soon have a fellow officer on duty in the near future. Polly paid us a visit at the Wall with her NYPD partner and David Lim, who lost his K-9 partner, Sirius on September 11, 2001
