The Brooklyn Wall of Remembrance is proud to present our 9/11 20th Anniversary Challenge Coin
This beautiful keepsake is a tribute to the Uniformed First Responders who gave their lives on Sept 11th, 2001.
The front of this keepsake coin features the first panel of the Wall and the relief of 2 firefighters,
sculpted by artist Jamie Lester.The reverse shows Lester’s sculpture of the Twin Towers and the shields of the Agencies that responded on 9/11.Around the outer edge of the coin are the names of three people without whom the Wall could not have been built-
Raymond Goffio, Shelly Goldfeder and Founder Sol Moglen’s late wife, Norma.
The 20th Anniversary of September 11th is a date that the Nation will remember our loss, our grief and our hope.
The proceeds from the sale of our coins and hats go towards maintenance and programs, including Heroes Night at the Ballpark, A Light & a Prayer every Sept. 10th, and our funding of K-9 Working dogs for FDNY, NYPD and PAPD.

Help us fund K-9 Working Dogs for FDNY, NYPD & PAPD
Rescue and recovery dogs were heroes in their own right. Training these K-9s is time consuming
and expensive. But they have proven their worth in saving lives over and over again. We have contracted PennVet for our first group of puppies, now in training.
To commemorate PAPD K-9 Sirius and all the rescue and recovery dogs who responded
on Sept. 11th 2001 and in the recovery, we are dedicating this coin and proceeds to fund
3 K-9s for NYPD, FDNY and PAPD.
